Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, drive guest satisfaction, and meet financial goals. You will hire, train, and direct associates, supervise daily operations, and participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare you for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and manage/direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training and hands-on paid training.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support leadership development and growth into management positions.
