A retail company in Billings is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily store operations, support the General Manager in reaching sales goals, and lead customer service efforts. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience and strong communication skills. You will also train associates, delegate tasks, and contribute to visual merchandising. This position offers leadership training in a friendly, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals.
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation.
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures.
