You will lead a professional team, drive KPIs, ensure visual standards, collaborate with training and store support, and participate in talent development and store operations. This role offers opportunities for growth and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure employees present professionally and provide highest level of customer service.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to optimize resources.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on policies and development plans for the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
