Rhone Apparel, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and uphold Rhone’s values of grit, responsibility, excellence, authenticity, and teamwork. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail
• 3+ years in retail leadership or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees passionate about progress
• Support training to become product knowledge experts for Rhone products
• Inspire and empower team to deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Rhone values
• Lead on the sales floor; be the point of contact for customer service and operations questions
• Deliver results while keeping the customer first with an omni-channel mindset
• Address customer feedback and issues to meet needs
• Partner with Store Manager on strategies to hit performance targets
• Co-create scheduling and payroll considerations with Store Manager
• Uphold Rhone visual merchandising standards on the floor
• Maintain a neat, organized stockroom per company standards
• Follow operational standards including shipping and receiving
• Adhere to people safety policies to maintain a safe workplace
• Open and close the store per checklists
