Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards

• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards
• Supervise and support associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training support
• Help maintain staffing levels through recruiting and retention efforts
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
