Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal terms.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards.
