Job summary

Majors Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Pulaski, TN area to lead daily store operations onsite. You will train and develop a team to deliver a superior guest experience while hitting sales targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of retail experience. A flexible schedule, valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR, and on-call availability are needed.

• Manage day to day store operations, including building, training, and developing a team that will provide consistent superior guest experience.

• Serve as a role model to team members in and outside of stores by consistently presenting a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests.
• Create an organized and process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives so the store team understands how the company strategy fits into day-to-day operations.
• Clearly set expectations with employees and track results.
• Focus on execution and creating a systems culture in the store.
• Discipline to optimize results by efficient expense spending and thorough planning.
• Assist with monitoring financials and sales to understand current business.
• Assist with forecasting and analysis of business trends and functions within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize store performance and profitability.
