The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Panama City Beach store.

You will drive sales, manage merchandise, train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while coordinating with store leadership for growth opportunities and community engagement. This role requires flexibility and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
