Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-centric with willingness to deliver excellent service.
• Analytical mindset to review sales data and budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and read/write English.
