You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience. This role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, a pay range of $19.25 to $25.31 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service or retail management experience.
• Ability to supervise and train teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
• Strong customer-first mindset and communication skills.
• Travel within the district as needed.
