RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion quality and safety- keep fresh food fully stocked and up to standard while following all food safety, cash handling, and loss prevention practices.
• Create a store everyone's proud of- maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and out, no matter the weather or workload.
• Stay sharp and connected- attend trainings and meetings, stay current on policies, and communicate openly with leadership and partners.
• Drive results together- support staffing, partner with leadership and vendors, and push sales and profitability while keeping operations running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
• Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
• 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required.
