Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at GA-Atlantic Station in Atlanta to lead store operations, elevate client experience, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop your team, recruit talent, and ensure exceptional service while upholding Sephora’s standards.

Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-site work is required at 260 18th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363. You’ll coach and develop associates, deliver real-time feedback, and harness loyalty programs
