Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience required, preferably jewelry or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to a customer-satisfaction focused store environment.
• Develop team members' product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce Company policies and procedures and perform other duties.
