Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Handle store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Ensure inventory, sales statistics and expenses support profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual.
