You will supervise staff, manage inventory, analyze performance data, and implement promotions while maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming environment. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
