SmartStop Self Storage in Crestwood IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Crestwood location. No nights; you’ll help run daily operations, lease units, supervise a team, and ensure a great customer experience.

You will handle rentals, payments, light maintenance, and vendor coordination while maintaining store appearance. We offer a monthly bonus plan, health insurance, PTO, 401k, life and disability coverage, and employee discounts.

• Involves leasing, tenant relations, supervising on-site tasks and maintaining the property

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units
• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Clean vacated units and common areas
• Promote and sell storage solutions
• Perform light maintenance tasks
• Maintain knowledge of products and services

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance
