SmartStop Self Storage in Beverly, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and a small team. You'll ensure smooth rental processes, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive revenue while maintaining a clean, secure property.

This full-time role features a no nights schedule, a starting hourly rate of $18 plus bonus, health benefits, 401(k) matching, PTO, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
