Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and team development.
• Recruit and select team members, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
