Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Must demonstrate the ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• General Operating Requirements: leads best practices, analyzes reports, schedules Associates, ensures compliance and payroll tasks.
• Organizational Development: assists in recruiting, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Expense Control: monitors expenditures and payroll hours within budget.
• Maintaining a Safe & Secure Environment: enforces safety and emergency procedures, conducts safety meetings.
• Customer Service: delivers courteous, professional service and operates service desks and sales areas.
• Personal and Store Brand: upholds dress code, store cleanliness and presentation.
• Merchandise Processing and In-Store Marketing: ensures timely merchandising and floor readiness.
• Loss Prevention: trains on LP awareness, safeguards information, leads inventory and monitors policies.
