The role requires on-site work and evening/weekend availability. You will coach, mentor, and manage performance to foster growth and loyalty among clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop top talent to deliver results and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience, collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
• Inspire and empower teams through coaching and development to exceed expectations and performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent while building a diverse and inclusive team that embodies Sephora values and delivers signature service to clients.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and actionable feedback to maximize associates’ potential.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time mentorship to support each team member’s career journey.
