Famous Footwear at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, HI is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team in the Store Manager's absence. You will drive customer engagement, sales growth, and store operations, while developing talent and maintaining brand standards.

As a People leader with a passion for shoes, you will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment that delivers the Famous Footwear experience to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, retail preferred.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates.
• Ability to train and develop associates to provide an engaging customer experience.
• Exercises independent judgment partnering with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong cognitive skills: problem solving, decision making, financial analysis.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
