Kay Jewelers is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help develop the team, enforce policies, and drive daily operations with a focus on integrity, diversity, and advancement opportunities.

You will participate in training, manage store standards, and recruit team members to sustain a high-performance environment that reflects the Signet brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
