Job summary

Claire's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store sales, train team members, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will upsell products, manage promotions, and ensure a high level of service while working with Piercing services training.

A passion for fashion and customer delight is essential. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and daily operations, collaborating with the Store Manager to motivate the team and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales and drive revenue through exceptional customer experiences and promotions.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and styling advice.
• Provide piercing services training and customer safety.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising for foot traffic.
• Coach and support store team to meet sales goals and deliver great service.
• Represent Claire's with enthusiasm and market fashion trends to customers.
