Lacoste is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations of our retail store in Charlotte, NC. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales targets, maintain outstanding customer service, manage inventory, and motivate a team of customer-focused associates.

As part of the Lacoste brand, you will contribute to merchandising, budget adherence, and compliance with company policies while delivering a seamless and premium shopping experience for guests.
