Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to help meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
• Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Oversee store operations, manage and develop a team to meet sales and service goals.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.
