• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and opening/closing procedures.
• Support customers with inquiries and maintain a high level of service.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged goods, payroll and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Keep store well-stocked, clean, and compliant with policies; supervise and train associates.
• Protect assets and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
