Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an assistant manager in Terre Haute to lead shift operations, supervise team members, manage cash and inventory, and ensure policy compliance. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that rewards initiative and reliability.

You will rely on good judgment, basic math, and multitasking to keep the store running smoothly, deliver great customer service, and help the team grow. Prior food-service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations
• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to schedule and standards
• Excellent customer service and attendance & punctuality
• Delivery of product by car to customers and assisting with door-to-door deliveries
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle and assist in cashiering and order processing
