Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Indiana to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help drive sales by coaching teams, building relationships with customers, and maintaining an engaging store environment. The role involves leading by example, managing daily operations, and participating in a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or store management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to motivate associates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
