Job summary

LEGO Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the NorthPark Center location. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences, lead a motivated team, and drive sales while maintaining LEGO Brand standards and store operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, manage scheduling and cash handling, and champion visual merchandising to maximize KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and payroll processes.
• Recruitment, training and performance management.

Responsibilities
