Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
