Job summary

Store Space Self Storage in Jennings, Missouri seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive rentals, and deliver top‑notch service at an hourly rate of $15.00–$17.00. The role requires a driven, organized, customer‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will oversee facility upkeep, cash handling, reporting, and inquiries while upholding company standards. This position offers growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, front desk, or site management.
• 1+ years in customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management: clean bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
