Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead store operations and inspire a customer-focused team. The Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor will drive daily activities, ensure top service, and help meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, and store standards while collaborating with the community to elevate brand presence and deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for service.
