Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in apparel retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Manage product knowledge, selling and operations to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop team members committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• Oversee store merchandising and operations standards.
• Perform POS transactions and assist in management duties when Store Manager is unavailable.
