Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive after-market service or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Strong customer care orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced, complex retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and assist with inventory tasks.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a successful team and support the store manager in daily operations.
• Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service.
• Build, coach, train, and engage crew to deliver exceptional customer care and business results.
• Protect inventory and manage assets; ensure safety and maintenance of store facilities.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and readiness of store, stock room, and delivery vehicles.
• Drive NAPA programs and continuous process improvements; grow customer relationships.
