The position requires overseeing staff, managing daily tasks, and driving store performance. It includes responsibilities like inventory checks, end-of-day closes, and in-person meetings, with perks such as tips and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years driving experience.
• Familiarity with biometric authentication systems used by the company.

Responsibilities

• Work minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Oversee team members and communicate with customers; follow Store Manager instructions.
• Direct daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Assist with performance evaluations at the Store Manager's request.
• Support Store Manager with employment-related matters following company policy.
• Close the store 3 nights per week.
• Attend Assistant Store Manager Meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders according to policy.
