Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and valid driver status.
• Good driving record and eligibility to work in the USA.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent and clean background check.
• Must reside near the store location.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all store operations and drive performance.
• Lead by example; train and develop team members.
• Manage scheduling, including 5+ days per week and weekends.
• Ensure safety, training standards, and positive culture.
• Support store goals and customer experience.
