Job summary

Knox Pizza, LLC (doing business as Domino’s) is recruiting for a store manager/assistant manager to lead operations on shift in the Knoxville area. You will oversee all aspects of the shift, guide team members, and ensure pizzas are prepared to standard while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role is part-time and hourly, with opportunities to grow into higher leadership positions within our expanding Domino’s franchise network. We provide training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a positive attitude and high energy on shift.
• Experience leading teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift and lead by example.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Occasionally assist at other locations near your chosen store.
