Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Lawrenceville, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑volume team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll coach staff, drive store growth, manage daily operations, and ensure standards in merchandising, loss prevention, and operational KPIs.

You’ll recruit, develop, and empower team members, align with Nike Service Principles, and foster a inclusive environment while working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that keeps all store functions running seamlessly.
• Ensuring the store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Lead the store's team and business results, including budgeting, planning, and customer service.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
