We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic Assistant Store Manager(Section Manager) to join and inspire our incredible Latrobe team!

Step into a leadership role where you’ll oversee multiple departments and play a key part in shaping the future of our store.

If you’re a supermarket retail professional with a flair for leadership, a love for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the determination to make a real impact, we want you on our team!

You will need:

• Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that nurture and drive team performance and engagement
• Stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising and strong attention to detail
• Energy and a positive mind-set, as well as a love of working with food and people (both team members and customers)
• Availability to work full-time onan agreed rosteracross our span of trading hours, including some early and late shifts, and alternate weekends
• An in-depth knowledge of daily retail operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling and following WH&S and Food Safety regulations
• Physical fitness for lifting and standing

This role would suit an ambitious and experienced food retail professional who aspires to one day become a Store Manager.You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your career through Leadership and Management training, while continuously expanding your operational and industry knowledge on the job.

Pay rates are determined by the General Retail Industry Award. Thesalary packagefor this role is up to $87,000 (per annum, inclusive of superannuation).
