Job Description

The Assistant Manager promotes a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of golf products and educate customers
  • Control shrink and expenses, ensure proper stock and display
  • Implement visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Ensure policy compliance through management activities
  • Monitor communication tools and adjust schedules accordingly
  • Build relationships in the golf community as a brand ambassador
  • Handle customer issues professionally, using feedback for coaching
  • Support employee growth and process improvements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years retail management or golf industry experience
  • Golf background preferred, but retail management experience is acceptable

Requirements

  • Knowledge of POS, inventory, and office systems
  • Strong communication and report analysis skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 35 pounds
  • Flexible hours as needed
