This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee/tea, and business acumen, all aimed at understanding store management. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, build and develop great teams, and create a welcoming community meeting place. These principles set partners up for success in store management and leadership careers.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn how to:_**

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For other states, vacation starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours for roles at or above director.*
The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as job-related knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is not typical to be hired at the high end of the pay range, and compensation decisions are made based on individual circumstances. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
