Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes coaching teammates, training, and delivering exceptional service in a jewelry retail environment.

As a full-time leader, you will schedule shifts, enforce standards, and lead by example to achieve store goals while upholding our commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic software.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales and profit projections.
• Develop team skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional operational and strategic duties as needed.

Assistant Store Manager

Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends
