Job summary

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Albuquerque to support daily sales goals and store operations. You will help train team members, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure policy compliance while leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, comfort with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Total Rewards

• Base pay, $16.50 - $21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
