We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing "hands-on" leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals. The role also involves creating an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

This position will often perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics / Certified Technicians as needed due to business needs or team member absences. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience will be considered; training will be provided. A valid driver's license is required.
