Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates.
2. Ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals are met or exceeded.

4. Perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is acceptable.
• Valid driver's license is required.
