We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. As a member of the location management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing "hands-on" leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment. This role will often require performing functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as needed due to business needs or team member absences.

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience, we can train you. A valid driver's license is required.
