Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Mall at Short Hills to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and nurture brand loyalty. You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, inventory and merchandising oversight, and the ability to thrive in a customer-focused setting with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Ability to coach and inspire a sales team to achieve KPIs.
