Zales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving daily sales and profit goals while delivering a superior customer experience. You will help lead the team toward exceptional standards and motivating performance.

Key duties include training and evaluating team members, boosting product knowledge, recruiting staff, enforcing all policies, and handling operational and strategic tasks to promote growth within the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably jewelry or specialty retailer.
• Experience operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to read and follow written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Available to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
