Zales is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on coaching team members, training them on products, and upholding all company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruiting and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures; perform other operational and strategic duties.
