Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Atlanta to support the Store Manager in sustaining daily focus on sales targets, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes coaching the team and maintaining a high standard of service.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards. This position offers comprehensive training and a path for advancement within Signet Jewelers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining standards and achieving sales and profit projections
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
• Recruitment and selection of team members
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties
